This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between Green Futures Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 202532833C), a company incorporated in Singapore ("Licensor"), and the individual or entity purchasing a KilasOS Pro license ("Licensee").
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using KilasOS Pro, Licensee agrees to these terms.
"Software" means KilasOS, including the nasd daemon, WebUI, all internal packages, and any updates or patches provided by Licensor.
"Pro Features" means the features enumerated in Section 3 that require a valid Pro license token to activate.
"License Token" means the Ed25519-signed binary token issued to Licensee upon purchase.
"Node" means a single physical or virtual machine running one instance of the Software.
"Perpetual" means the license has no expiration date and does not require renewal fees.
Subject to payment of the applicable fee and compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:
1. Download, install, and run the Software with Pro Features enabled on the number of Nodes specified in the License Token.
2. Use the Software for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
3. Receive updates to the Software as released by Licensor.
The Software source code is separately available under the GPL-3.0 license. This EULA governs the commercial use of Pro Features only and does not restrict rights granted by GPL-3.0.

Licensee may not:
1. Sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or distribute the License Token to third parties.
2. Use the License Token to activate Pro Features on more Nodes than specified.
3. Reverse-engineer the License Token format to generate unauthorized tokens.
The Software remains the exclusive property of Licensor. No ownership interest is transferred.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Licensor's total liability shall not exceed the license fee paid. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Perpetual license. Termination only for material breach with 30-day cure period.
Republic of Singapore. Exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
